Mitchie De Leon is a weight loss warrior, event planner, published fitness model and writer, NPC bikini competitor and Cellucor transformation expert. While transforming her own physique and losing over 80 lbs, she has dedicated her efforts to bring awareness to the importance of healthy living. Mitchie is an all-around fitness enthusiast who loves boxing, working out, riding her motorcycle and is a fan of clean eating. Mitchie is a leader by example and inspires other men and women to empower them to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Josephine Dalton

Project Manager

Starting as a high school athlete then on into the Navy, Josephine has been involved in athletics and physical training. After her time served in the Navy she attended and graduated with a Exercise Science degree from Iowa State University. She started her professional career as her trainer in Southern California dropped the 30lbs gained in college on a bet in 2004. In addition to that bet, she competed in her first fitness show, placing second. From 2005, Josephine has appeared in numerous fitness magazines, has competed in over 50 fitness competitions, judged over 20 fitness competitions, worked for numerous well -known sports supplement companies at expos and conventions, and modeled for a handful of catalogs. She has shot with over 100 photographers.

Josephine became involved with FMI in 2006 when Clark and Gary were promoting and conducting fitness shows. She won their first and only FAME show, the Clark Bartram’s Golden State Championships. She has witness their entire journey from live fitness show production to the career development venture it has become. She feels gratitude towards FMI for helping her refocus her career into another more satisfying direction.
