BIO:
Hi, my name is Lauren McBride. I have a major in marketing with a minor in kinesiology & am currently studying for my degree as a mind-body-wellness practitioner. I’ve been a personal trainer & nutrition coach for 8 years, and a model for about 6. I believe it takes a mind-body-spirit approach to truly be healthy and fit. What I love most about fitness modeling is being a healthy representation and inspiration for women.

GOALS:
I am striving to be a leader in the movement of fitness becoming more holistic. I’m continuing to build my modeling career to inspire others and I’m preparing to one day go on mission trips to help improve the lives of others in third world countries.
THOUGHTS ON FMI:
I’ve had the blessing of being involved with FMI since the beginning. The knowledge, wisdom, and insider information you get from the FMI events are unlike anything else out there and it has led me to a very fruitful career. It is the way to launch your fitness dreams into a reality. I’m now excited to be an ambassador of FMI! They are ever-evolving and there’s always more to learn!
